|@AL MURSALAAT 77 Those Sent – Al Mursalat
1:1 In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
# بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ 1
$ The end of the world 77:1-12
77:1 By (the wind) those sent (as horses’) mane (in succession),
# وَالْمُرْسَلاتِ عُرْفاً 1

77:2 storming tempestuously
# فَالْعَاصِفَاتِ عَصْفاً 2
77:3 and by the scatterers scattering (rain)
# وَالنَّاشِرَاتِ نَشْراً 3
77:4 then the criterion (the verses of Koran), separating
# فَالْفَارِقَاتِ فَرْقاً 4
77:5 and those (angels) dropping, reminding
# فَالْمُلْقِيَاتِ ذِكْراً 5
77:6 excusing or warning,
# عُذْراً أَوْ نُذْراً 6
77:7 surely, that which you have been promised is about to fall!
# إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَوَاقِعٌ 7
77:8 When the stars are extinguished,
# فَإِذَا النُّجُومُ طُمِسَتْ 8
77:9 and when the sky is rent asunder
# وَإِذَا السَّمَاءُ فُرِجَتْ 9
77:10 and the mountains scattered,

# وَإِذَا الجِبَالُ نُسِفَتْ 10
77:11 and when the Messengers’ time is set
# وَإِذَا الرُّسُلُ أُقِّتَتْ 11
77:12 to what day shall they be deferred?
# لأَيِّ يَوْمٍ أُجِّلَتْ 12
|@ Where will you be on the Day of Resurrection? 77:13-40
77:13 Upon the Day of Decision!
# لِيَوْمِ الفَصْلِ 13
77:14 Would that you knew what the Day of Decision is!

# وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا يَوْمُ الفَصْلِ 14
77:15 Woe on that Day to those who belied it!
# وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 15
77:16 Did We not destroy the ancients
# أَلَمْ نُهْلِكِ الأَوَّلِينَ 16
77:17 and let the latter follow them?
# ثُمَّ نُتْبِعُهُمُ الآخِرِينَ 17
77:18 As such shall We deal with the sinners.
# كَذَلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمِينَ 18
77:19 Woe on that Day to those who belied it!
# وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 19
77:20 Did We not create you from a weak water,
# أَلَمْ نَخْلُقكُّم مِّن مَّاءٍ مَّهِينٍ 20
77:21 which We placed within a sure lodging
# فَجَعَلْنَاهُ فِي قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ 21
77:22 for an appointed term?
# إِلَى قَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ 22
77:23 We determined, how excellent a Determiner are We!
# فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ القَادِرُونَ 23
77:24 Woe on that Day to those who belied it!
# وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 24
77:25 Have We not made the earth a housing
# أَلَمْ نَجْعَلِ الأَرْضَ كِفَاتاً 25
77:26 for both the living and the dead?
# أَحْيَاءً وَأَمْوَاتاً 26
77:27 Have We not placed high mountains upon it and filled you with sweet water?
# وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ شَامِخَاتٍ وَأَسْقَيْنَاكُم مَّاءً فُرَاتاً 27
77:28 Woe on that Day to those who belied it!
# وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 28
77:29 Depart to that which you belied!
# انطَلِقُوا إِلَى مَا كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ 29
77:30 Depart into the shadow of three masses,
# انطَلِقُوا إِلَى ظِلٍّ ذِي ثَلاثِ شُعَبٍ 30
77:31 wherein there is neither shade, nor freeing from the blazing flames
# لاَ ظَلِيلٍ وَلاَ يُغْنِي مِنَ اللَّهَبِ 31
77:32 it throws spits as (high as a huge) palace,
# إِنَّهَا تَرْمِي بِشَرَرٍ كَالْقَصْرِ 32
77:33 as black camels.
# كَأَنَّهُ جِمَالَةٌ صُفْرٌ 33
77:34 Woe on that Day to those who belied it!
# وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 34
77:35 This is the Day they shall not speak,
# هَذَا يَوْمُ لاَ يَنطِقُونَ 35
77:36 nor shall they be given permission, so that they can apologize.
# وَلاَ يُؤْذَنُ لَهُمْ فَيَعْتَذِرُونَ 36
77:37 Woe on that Day to those who belied it!
# وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 37
77:38 Such is the Day of Decision. We will gather you with the ancients.
# هَذَا يَوْمُ الفَصْلِ جَمَعْنَاكُمْ وَالأَوَّلِينَ 38
77:39 If you are cunning, then try your cunning against Me!
# فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ كَيْدٌ فَكِيدُونِ 39
77:40 Woe on that Day to those who belied it!
# وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 40
|@The home and reward of the cautious 77:41-44
77:41 Indeed, the cautious, shall live amid shades and fountains
# إِنَّ المُتَّقِينَ فِي ظِلالٍ وَعُيُونٍ 41
77:42 and have such fruits as they desire.
# وَفَوَاكِهَ مِمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ 42
77:43 (It shall be said to them), ‘Eat and drink, with a good appetite, for all that you did.’
# كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئاً بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ 43
77:44 As such We recompense those who did good.
# إِنَّا كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي المُحْسِنِينَ 44
|@The enjoyment of the unbelievers is only in this life 77:45-50
77:45 Woe on that Day to those who belied it!
# وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 45
77:46 ‘Eat and enjoy yourselves a little, for you are sinners!’
# كُلُوا وَتَمَتَّعُوا قَلِيلاً إِنَّكُم مُّجْرِمُونَ 46
77:47 Woe on that Day to those who belied it!
# وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 47
77:48 When it is said to them, ‘Bow yourselves,’ they do not bow.
# وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ارْكَعُوا لاَ يَرْكَعُونَ 48
77:49 Woe on that Day to those who belied it!
# وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 49
77:50 After this, in what discourse will they believe?
# فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَهُ يُؤْمِنُونَ 50
